Full Embodiment works with various complaints procedures (see text below) and a confidential counsellor.
The confidential counsellor is at your service. Whether it's practical matters or an unsolvable problem with your teacher or staff member or another student; if you run into something as a student and you can't solve it together in a satisfying way, you can contact our confidant. The confidential counsellor takes care of initial care after an incident and investigates, together with you, whether solutions are possible in the informal atmosphere.
If this is not possible or leads to the desired result, she will give you information and advice about the different possibilities of complaint treatment. She investigates with you whether independent mediation is desirable and possible to reach a solution.
Finally, our confidential counsellor can – if necessary – give you advice on referral to (assistance) authorities.
