€475 — Per Module if enrolled in full Four Part Series (US or Netherlands)
€495 — Early Bird Price, Single Module, paid in full one month in advance
€535 — Single Module after early bird has expired and not in certficate program

Each program involves a team of highly skilled professionals that will be available before during an after the workshops. They will provide any sort of support that is needed if one is affected by the material. They will be leading the participants in small group discussions. They will provide personal sessions and supervision, and will be the ones overseeing the final project. Look under referrals for their bio information.

Conditions under which the course might be canceled
The workshop would only be canceled under situations of sickness or inability to arrive due to weather conditions. Or if the venue suddenly shut down unexpectedly. Of course participants would receive full refunds if instructor or venue were to cancel
Cancellation policy and refund options
A full refund will be given if the training is canceled by us.
A full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations made no later than One Month before the start date.
Cancellations made after One month before the start date will be refunded 50% of the total tuition paid.
No refund will be issued for no‐shows or if registration is canceled after 4 days before any training start.

Ownership of copyright
Ariel Giarretto and Full Embodiment are full owners of all materials and nothing can be duplicated without express permission
Learning materials
PDF of all materials will be sent out before the class starts
Video recordings of the class will be made available, particularly to make up any lost hours or exercises
Assessment frameworks (see doc “requirements for certifcation”)
Conditions for passing and failing
When the student meets with their assistant, the assistant will have a checklist, and the two of them will watch the video together or review the case study.
The student must fulfills all of the requirements, which includes:
Making up any lost exercises or days missed in the live programs,
Logging their participation in groups and individual sessions,
Showing that they have fulfilled the journaling and reading requirements
Met the criteria in the checklist
Demonstrates a working knowledge of the full embodiment method,
a certificate will be awarded.
If the student does not meet the criteria, the evaluator will discuss with Ariel and the certification committee, what will be needed to graduate. Which could include retaking one or more modules (for half price) Doing additional personal sessions, and/or taking additional supervisions or tutoring on topics that are challenging or not understood.
