Adriana Brablik
Adriana is a psychosomatic sex educator and depth coach with over 20 years of experience in somatic work and sexuality, and more than a decade of practice as an educator, mentor, and guide. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking—offering trauma-informed support that honors resilience, healing, and safety. Her work also included supporting people with disabilities in reclaiming their sexuality and pleasure. She has collaborated with the University and Spinal injury unit of Perugia (Italy) to support individuals with spinal cord injuries, focusing on sexual health, pleasure, and embodiment. Passionate about conscious sexuality, she is committed to raising awareness around consensual and ethical BDSM and kink. Through education, dialogue, and embodied practice, she helps individuals and communities navigate these realms with care, clarity, and consent.
Since 2017, she has been assisting Ariel Giarretto in Full Embodiment workshops around the world. She currently specializes in supporting professionals—therapists, coaches, educators, and health practitioners—who are navigating complex issues such as sexual boundary ruptures, gender-based violence, narcissistic abuse, power dynamics, and ethical challenges in the helping professions. She also works with individuals exploring alternative sexualities and relational frameworks. As a mentor and supervisor, she works closely with practitioners navigating the complex terrain of sexuality, power and trauma. Her work blends psychoeducation, embodiment, and depth psychology, supporting her clients in cultivating integrity, self-awareness, and ethical presence in both personal and professional settings.
Adriana integrates movement in her practice as a bridge between the body, mind and soul. Through inviting awareness to the parts of the body that we tend to avoid, she supports clients in creating a more spontaneous and less performative relationship with their body and in welcoming sexuality as a natural and healthy part of our lives. Her aim is to help people free their bodies from expectations of how to look or perform, and create a more conscious, joyful and embodied experience. In her free time, Adriana loves to spend time with her two sons, walking in nature, dancing, practicing yoga, and reading books and poetry.
Sessions available online globally in English and Italian. In person sessions in Udine, Italy and from September 2025 also Vienna, Austria.

Barbara A. Koopmans
The reason I became a trauma therapist originated in New York, shortly after September 11, 2001. I was living in New York at the time and saw with my own eyes what trauma does to people. That observation was so intense that I decided to go back to school and train as a trauma therapist.
This is how I came into contact with Peter Levine 's method , Somatic Experiencing . This is a special method of trauma processing, which specifically focuses on the consequences of a trauma. The therapy is aimed at carefully, without reliving the trauma, helping the body to release the frozen tension bit by bit. By gradually achieving a discharge, you can let the peace return to mind and body.
Before my stay in New York I had already followed training in the field of psychosocial therapy, body-oriented therapy, coaching training, energy work and system therapy. I am certified for all these training courses. I am also a Supervisor.
My approach is characterized by involvement, directness and clarity. I treat traumas from multiple areas of knowledge, which makes it very easy for me to switch. My practice is located in Oosterbeek, Netherlands.

Jan-Dirk Sintenie
My name is Jan-Dirk Sintenie. In my professional life I started as a physiotherapist, later a manual therapist and psychosomatic physiotherapist. In 2011, I started with Somatic Experiencing. After SE, Narm and especially Soma, I am intrigued by what is locked up in our body and prevents us from living life to the fullest. In my personal life, sexuality and especially not being able to be with my own sexual preference, for a very long time, has played a major role in living life to the fullest and being myself. This makes sexuality and sexual abuse subjects that I feel comfortable with and therefore work with. Furthermore, I now enjoy life with my husband and watching my two grandsons grow up. Assisting in the Netherlands.

Marjolein Hamer
Coach, therapist, and speaker Rooted in a lifelong fascination with what moves us—through body, psyche, and soul—I guide individuals, couples, and teams toward deeper connection, expression, and vitality. With a foundation in social work and decades of experience in trauma therapy, coaching, and embodied practice, my work weaves together the clarity of psychological insight with the tenderness of human presence.
My path has led through many rooms: from hospital teams to theater workshops, from silent retreats to political leadership trainings, from yoga mats to boardrooms. In each of these spaces, I listen for what wants to emerge when people feel safe enough to show up fully. I work with themes such as trauma, sexuality, relational dynamics, burnout, vitality, and personal leadership—always grounded in the belief that the body holds the stories that words alone may not capture.
Now assisting in Ariëls Full Embodiment training and also trained in Somatic Experiencing, Transactional Analysis, NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), biographical-existential work, yoga, and other modalities, I bring a deep and diverse skill set.
What ties all of this together is a joy in discovering multiple perspectives and truths. I believe that through insight, humor, and compassionate challenge, what feels heavy can become lighter, and what feels stuck can begin to move. My work invites people into greater aliveness, inner freedom, and a deeper sense of belonging—to themselves, to others, and to life. I live surrounded by books, friends, family, music, old trees, and the small sacredness of everyday ritual.
